Great yoghurt starts with great milk. Nestled against the majestic mountains of Ceres, lies a picturesque farm with succulent pastures fit for only the best dairy breed, Jersey cows. Here, our cows are left to graze on natural pastures, in harmony with age old traditions, that produce only the best quality milk. To ensure the well-being of our cows, only the most advanced technology is employed in the milking parlour. Once milked, all that remains is for us to gently guide the product from pasture to tub, with as little intervention as possible, using a natural process involving drainage through muslin cloth. No artificial stabilisers are added. This is nutritional yoghurt made as naturally as possible with a final product that is pure, rich and tasty.
Free from starches, stabilisers, sugar and flavourants, the full fat yoghurt is made only from the milk of pasture-fed Jersey cows and traditional yoghurt cultures. A natural process involving drainage through muslin cloth (to avoid the need for moisture-binding starches and stabilisers) is used to make the unique yoghurt. Fairview strained yoghurt is rich and creamy, and can be mixed with fruit, nuts, honey or any other topping of your choice.
