Section 1: Fairview Online Shop
What is Fairview Online Shop?
We have made all our wines available online, in one place, at our cellar door prices, with free delivery
to your door on orders of R1200 or more. Our online shop is the only place, outside our cellar door
of course, where you have access to our entire range of wines at the best price, including exclusive
wines such as Broken Barrel.
Can I buy Fairview Cheese and Deli products here?
For now, our online shop sells wine exclusively. We are working on it, but cheese is a perishable and
so the logistics are a lot trickier! Watch this space.
Do you have a physical cellar door I can visit?
Of course! Our Tasting Room and the Goatshed Restaurant are open from Monday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm.
We are located along Suid-Agter Paarl Road, just outside of Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa.
How do I store my wine?
Here are some quick and simple tips to store our wine:
Keep the wine below 17°C
Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid shaking
Store sideways
Section 2: Online Payments
What are my payment options?
At the moment, we offer credit card and Instant EFT payment options.
Are my online payments safe?
Yes. We treat your payment security with upmost importance. Our selected payment gateway, Secure
Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) uses a highly secure encryption meaning no credit card details are stored on
our website.
Section 3: Order Tracking and Delivery
How do you deliver?
We deliver directly to your home or office from our cellar door here in Paarl to anywhere in South
Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout online.
Do you deliver wine internationally?
At this point we only do deliveries in South Africa. Should you wish to have your wines shipped
internationally, you can contact our Wine Club Manager, Natalie Visser, who will assist you with a
courier company specific to your country. Email Natalie on wineclub@fairview.co.za.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all main centres and regional centres in South Africa.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer FREE delivery on orders of R1200 or more. On
orders of less than R1200, we charge a flat fee of R150.
How soon after I order will I receive my wine?
Approximately 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery time may vary according to where you
have asked us to deliver to and the availability of the products. Regional areas are only serviced once
a week, so deliveries may take anywhere between 5 – 7 working days.
Who is your courier?
Our courier partner is Dawn Wing and you can find out more about them here.
I received my order but some wine bottles were incorrect/broken. What do I do?
Contact us by calling +27 21 863 2450 within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please
have your Order Number ready. Alternatively, email wineclub@fairview.co.za.

How do I join the Fairview Wine Club?
We’ve endeavored to make joining our Wine Club as simple as possible.
All you need to do is buy any 12 bottles of Fairview wine to join today and immediately gain access to
all Wine Club member benefits. Simply email wineclub@fairview.co.za. Our Wine Club Manager’s name is Natalie Visser.
What are the benefits of becoming a Fairview Wine Club member?
Membership benefits include:
- SPECIAL Wine Club prices on all Fairview Wine purchases at our tasting room
- FREE door-to- door delivery for orders of R1200 or more to anywhere in South Africa

What are the terms and conditions of the Fairview Wine Club?
- The Fairview Wine Club is only available within South Africa

- Your commitment is to purchase 12 bottles of Fairview Wine each year to retain membership

Can you help me choose my wines?
Yes of course! Should you want our expertise on your wine selection, simply speak to our hands on
Wine Club Manager, Natalie Visser. You can reach her by emailing wineclub@fairview.co.za or
calling Fairview and asking to speak to Natalie on +27 21 863 2450.
Kindly note her hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Why aren’t my discounts the same on all the wines?
The answer is simple. At Fairview, we are all about pushing the envelope and encouraging our
visitors to try new and unusual wines with us. For this reason, we have given larger discount savings
on wines that might be unusual or different, to encourage you to experiment a little! We can
guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
Do you sell vintage wines?
Our vinotheque is large and extensive. Should you be looking to source an old vintage wine, you are
welcome to contact Natalie at wineclub@fairview.co.za. She will contact the winemakers and see if
we have the wine in stock.
Section 5: Cheese Cakes
What is a Fairview Cheese Cake?
For a winning crowd-pleaser and gorgeous table topper, we suggest creating your very own
cheesecake with Fairview Cheese. Made using a selection of tiered cheese wheels, be it creamy, full-
flavoured or sweet, we have everything you need to create a stunning cheesecake for a special event.
We also offer a beautiful assortment of old-fashioned preserves straight from our farm deli.

Do I need to book for a tasting?
Yes please! A booking is required for groups bigger than 10 people. Please confirm telephonically by
calling +27 21 863 2450.
Can I place an online booking for a table at the Goatshed?

Can I host a function at Fairview?
Every function is different, so we need to first see if we can accommodate you. For the Goatshed
