This is the easy going, smooth jazz singer of wines. Bringing soft, ripe redcurrant fruits aromas and a smooth and integrated plum palate to the fore. A happy accompaniment to a pasta night.
The grapes were harvested early in the morning and fermented in tank for 10 days. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak barrels where it was matured for 9 months before bottling.
