The one, the only Malbec is here! A French grape, appropriated by Argentina for its national signature wine. Our Malbec is another unusual single variety to spot on South African shelves, but worth a try for its easy tannins and ripe plum juiciness. A winning pairing with any braai.
The grapes were harvested and fermented on the skins in tank for 10 days. After fermentation the wine was pressed and transferred to 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak barrels where it matured for 10 months before bottling.
