Inviting aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and melon on the nose. Flavours of summer fruits and citrus, with smooth texture and balanced acidity on the palate – absolutely delicious.
Description
The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed. The juice was allowed to settle for two days before being cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left on the lees for 8 months before bottling. A youthful, fresh wine from South Africa’s signature white grape variety.
