The upfront dark fruit with charcuterie and tobacco leaf notes are beautifully balanced by a naturally high acidity and delectable cocoa finish.

The grapes were hand-picked at 22.8 degrees balling, destemmed and gently crushed into a stainless steel tank. Pump overs were done 3-4 times per day during fermentation. The wine was aged in 90% French and 10% American oak barrels for 12 months before being racked, blended and bottled.
