Grapes for the 2010 vintage were sourced predominantly from our cool coastal vineyards in Darling.
Winemaking:
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and the juice was allowed six hours of skin contact prior to pressing. After two months of post-fermentation lees contact the wine was filtered and bottled.
Tasting note:
Tropical fruit on the nose with notes of refreshing citrus. The palate is crisp and well balanced, showing excellent varietal character and attractive mouthfeel.
