All grapes are from a low yielding, unirrirgated Agter-Paarl vineyard.
Winemaking:
Grapes were hand picked and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks. The wine was pressed off the skins and transferred to 2nd to 4th fill French oak barrels and matured for 10 months before being bottled.
Tasting note:
Fresh red berries and sweet liquorice on the nose. A juicy and soft mouthfeel with medium weight and confident follow-through of the fresh red fruit.
