Fairview Wines would be nothing if it wasn’t for the dedicated and hard-working winemaking team. Led by chief winemaker Anthony de Jager and winemakers Stephanie Wiid and Annette Van Zyl, together our Fairview stronghold of 500 farm and cellar workers ensure that ingenuity perpetually flows from our cellar and into every single bottling, all the while keeping true to our heritage to produce honest wines with a palpable difference.
