The Fairview cellar and vineyard teams are entering the final few weeks of harvest and the cellar is bustling. There’s fermentation, pressing, punching, pumping, oaking and and plenty of tasting going on. Amongst the first varietals to be harvested was Sauvignon Blanc, and some of these have completed fermentation and are showing lovely character. Read more »
